Scholarship Application

Please fill out the following form as completely as possible.

Applicants must be under 26 years of age as of Dec. 31 of the present year; show proof of enrolment in a post secondary institution or federally or provincially regulated programme by August 31; be enrolled full time in the programme for at least one year; have not been awarded a previous scholarship through the Rockton Lions; live in the local community served by the Rockton Lions; have 3 short letters of recommendation from individuals other than family members; have the application submitted no later than midnight May 31 of the present year sent to Rockton Lions Club

The value of the scholarship is $2000.
